Bryan Weaver

Bryan is an integral part of the firm performing in-house evaluation of construction and engineering documents, timelines, critical path analysis and other factors influencing contract disputes. His experience and training provides a unique asset to the clients of the firm, in that the firm is able to obtain real world construction perspectives without resorting to outside paid experts.

True to the firm's philosophy of providing client oriented benefits such as hands-on construction experience, Bryan has an active California General Engineering Contractors License and has been a project manager for multi-million dollar factory and industrial projects ranging from extensive rework of baggage handling systems at O'Hare Airport and Detroit Airport, factory automation installations, even new ride installations at Disneyland.

Bryan has been able to utilize his industrial engineering training in project analysis. CPM is a common tool used in industrial engineering, and is used extensively in construction.

In addition to engineering and construction management experience, Bryan has an extensive background in business marketing, sales and entrepreneurial ventures. Bryan is responsible for business development, marketing and ligitation technology at the firm.

Community Activities

Bryan is actively involved in numerous construction trade groups. At AGC (Associated General Contractors), he is a member of the Specialty contractors committee, Activities committee, Education committee and Construction Leadership Council. He was on the interview board for College scholarship recipients going into or already involved in the SDSU construction management program.

Bryan is also involved in the ACE Mentor program, a national program that encourages high school students to pursue a career in construction, engineering or architecture. He mentors students at Kearny High School.

Bryan is on the activities committee for ABC -Associated Builders and Contractors.
